Refund Policy

TrechelleTheeCreative does not offer refunds for products or services due to the customized nature of design work. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances or by mutual agreement. Any such agreement will be based on specific conditions that have been discussed and approved by both parties.

Turnaround Time

Upon receipt of payment confirmation, your project will commence within the timeframe specified in the agreement. While we strive to meet deadlines, increased orders or project complexity may cause minor delays. For urgent needs, please inquire about our express service options for faster delivery.

Additionally, the submission form must be completed within 48 hours of order confirmation to ensure timely processing.

Client Responsibility

  • Provide detailed and clear instructions for your design vision at the time of order placement. Incomplete information may cause delays.

  • Supply high-quality or AI photos for design purposes. If the client-provided images are not suitable, we will use stock photos as an alternative. We recommend professional business photoshoots for the best results.

  • Ensure timely communication. Please use the provided email address or phone number for updates and discussions. Please avoid direct messaging about ongoing orders.

Files and Ownership:

  • TrechelleTheeCreative retains ownership of all drafts and will deliver them with a watermark. Final projects will be provided in various formats, including PNG, SVG, JPG, and PDF. PSD and AI files are not shared.

  • TrechelleTheeCreative may showcase any content created by the client, unless the client requests otherwise.

Revisions:

  • Three revisions are included per design. Additional revisions can be purchased for $15 each. If additional revisions are declined, clients will receive the latest available design.​

Order Discontinuation and Conditions:

TrechelleTheeCreative reserves the right to discontinue an order without a refund in cases such as:

  • Violation of policies and guidelines

  • Client misconduct, including disrespect or harassment

  • Non-compliance with communication requirements or lack of response

  • Failure to adhere to project-related terms and conditions

Digital Product Policy​:

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided once the product has been delivered. If you encounter technical issues with your download, please contact us for support.

    Client misconduct, including disrespect or harassment

  • Delivery: Digital products will be delivered electronically via email or a secure download link upon payment confirmation. Ensure you provide a valid email address for delivery.

  • Support: We offer technical assistance for any issues related to downloading and accessing your digital products. For support, please contact us with your order details and any error messages or issues encountered.
